Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Patrick Sedivy
Patrick Sedivy is a passionate educator and founder of Cumorah Academy, a non-profit private school in the Czech Republic.
Born in Canada to Czech parents who defected from communist Czechoslovakia. He served as a missionary in the Czech Republic where he developed a deep love for his heritage and later returned with his family. Patrick's experiences sparked a vision to establish a school that would empower young adults to make a positive impact.
Patrick and his wife Allyse are driven by their faith and commitment to education. They believe that the rising generation holds the key to solving global problems. Through Cumorah Academy, they aim to equip young adults with the knowledge, skills, and attributes necessary to lead and make a difference and become lifelong learners and leaders in their families, communities, and professions.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Kamila Uberto Fullmer
Kamila Uberto Fullmer is the Chief Operating Officer at Cumorah Academy and a seasoned Marketing and Communication Professor.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Branding and specializes in Business Communication Management. With 15 years of experience, Kamila has served as Director in different Marketing Agencies as well as Director of Institutional Communications for a university, alongside her academic roles as a professor for multiple courses. Kamila has been a guest speaker at multiple professional and religious events in the U.S. and abroad.

Passionate about youth development, she has volunteered in various capacities, including as a Primary President and Gospel Principles Teacher. Her dedication to mentoring young people and inspiring positive change defines her personal and professional life.

Chief Learning Officer (CLO)
Kelly Shepherd
Kelly's life is a testament to perseverance and humor. A former baseball scholarship recipient at Snow College and BYU, Kelly proved that with hard work, he could overcome any obstacle – including a less-than-stellar ACT score.
After earning his bachelor's degree in history from BYU and master's degree in public health, Kelly spent 37 years serving in Seminaries and Institutes of Religion. His adventures took him to Utah, Colorado, Florida, Texas, and back to Utah.
Today, Kelly serves as the Chief Learning Officer at Cumorah Academy. When he's not shaping young minds, he enjoys sharing humor and reflecting on his journey of turning life's challenges into opportunities.

Director
Kathleen Nye
Kathleen has dedicated 37 years to education, serving at every level as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. Holding master’s degrees in Psychology and School Organization, she has devoted her career to helping youth discover their potential and grow into capable, contributing adults.

Most recently, Kathleen and her husband Jeffrey, organized and established the Women’s Services & Resources Department at Brigham Young University-Hawaii, providing meaningful support and opportunities for the women within the university community. Together, they developed programs and events that strengthen students’ faith in Jesus Christ; encouraged their personal and future growth.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kathleen enjoys traveling and playing pickleball with her husband, cherishing the balance between purposeful service and enjoying life.

Director
Jeffrey Nye
Jeffrey has built a solid career in sales and technology, spending the past 13 years driving success at Oracle Corporation. With an entrepreneurial spirit, he has also owned and managed several small businesses, gaining valuable experience in leadership, innovation, and customer relations.

Known for his ability to build meaningful relationships, Jeffrey excels in networking and collaboration—skills that have shaped much of his professional success.

Beyond his career, Jeffrey is dedicated to service and mentorship. He has spent many years serving youth as a Scoutmaster and leader in his church community. Together with his wife, Kathleen, he helped establish the Women’s Services & Resources Department at Brigham Young University–Hawaii, where they mentor and support
women students in their personal growth and faith.
In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys photography, pickleball, and a bucket list to travel the world.

Humanitarian Project Coordinator
Toni Winder
Toni Winder is a dedicated educator with a passion for inspiring students. Her motto, inspired by Malala, is "One child, one teacher, one book, and one pen can change the world."
With over 20 years of experience in elementary and secondary education, Toni currently teaches Leadership and World Literature for the Williamsburg Learning Family of Schools. She has mentored thousands of students nationwide and has also worked as a visiting mentor, English teacher, and coach.
Toni and her husband, Randy, serve as leaders for Special Needs youth in St. George, Utah, and coach a local high school mountain-biking team. They are proud parents of four children and three grandchildren.
